Anxiety Therapy

You don’t have to go through this alone.
Together, we’ll work to help you feel calmer, equipped, and ready to take on whatever life throws your way.
Are you living with a constant feeling of being on edge, making it hard for you to enjoy life?
Have you told yourself, “I can handle this,” but the intensity just keeps building.
It can feel like you’re stuck, and it’s starting to affect your mood, relationships, or even your health.
Together, we’ll create a plan that’s right for you. We can use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you recognize and change the negative thoughts that feed your anxiety. I also use Polyvagal Theory techniques to teach you how to calm your nervous system so you can feel more relaxed and in control. If your anxiety comes from past trauma, we’ll use EMDR to help you process those experiences, but only if it’s the right fit for you.
My goal is to help you feel more balanced, less stressed, empowered and back in charge of your life. Whether we use one method or a combination, the focus is always on what works best for you.
When you feel like some extra guidance could help, I’m here for that too. Sometimes, just a little extra support can make all the difference in keeping anxiety from creeping back in.
I can help you learn how to calm your mind, regain control, and reduce the intensity of those overwhelming thoughts and emotions.
